About
I didn't learn growth from the sidelines.
I spent eight years building my own.
Two companies, different products, but the same lesson: growth never comes from a single channel. It comes from how offer, acquisition, conversion, retention, and operations work together.

For years, I worked with physical products. Today, I work with a different kind of asset: expertise. The material changes. The structure, far less so.Building an offer, creating demand, converting, increasing customer value, measuring what works: these mechanisms already existed in my companies. The difference is that well-structured expertise has something a physical product doesn't: it can be duplicated without inventory, without logistics, and without comparable marginal cost. That's precisely the potential I'm looking to turn into a system.
