3. Purpose of the Site
The Site presents byloiclabs' consulting activity (growth, automation, and artificial intelligence applied to independent experts): positioning, offers, content, contact. The Site does not currently allow the purchase or online payment of services. Every engagement is subject to a preliminary diagnosis, followed by a personalized quote and a separately formalized agreement (in writing, outside the Site), which sets the terms specific to each engagement. These Terms of Use therefore do not constitute Terms of Sale: they will be added if and when online sales are offered on the Site.

The Site is freely accessible to any user with internet access. All costs related to accessing the Site (hardware, software, internet access) are the sole responsibility of the user. byloiclabs makes reasonable efforts to ensure quality access to the Site, without being bound by an obligation of result. byloiclabs cannot be held liable for any network or server malfunction, or any other event beyond its reasonable control, that would prevent or degrade access to the Site.
